By setting the desired quantity and clicking on the cart icon, the customer places the product in a virtual shopping cart.<\/p>\n    <p>By clicking on &#8220;view cart&#8221;, the customer sees a summary of the selected goods and has the opportunity to check and modify their choice.<\/p>\n    <p>To finalize the purchase, the customer can proceed by clicking on &#8220;Proceed to checkout&#8221;. At this point, they must enter the shipping and billing address in the subsequent screens. On the same page, the customer views an &#8220;Order Preview&#8221;, complete with prices (VAT included) and delivery options and costs.<\/p>\n    <p>To complete the order, thus submitting a binding offer, the customer must click on the payment method and then the &#8220;Place order&#8221; button.<\/p>\n\n    <h3>Conclusion of the Contract<\/h3>\n    <p>The display of the product range in our e-shop is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer to sell. Only when the customer clicks the &#8220;Buy&#8221; button do they send us a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The customer then receives an automatic confirmation by email of the order receipt (&#8220;Immediate Order Confirmation&#8221;). This confirmation does not yet represent the acceptance of the offer by marcominchiatti.com. <strong>The contract is only concluded at the moment marcominchiatti.com ships the goods to the customer<\/strong>, confirming the fulfillment, again via email (&#8220;Order Fulfillment Confirmation&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n    <h3>Conclusion of the Contract in Case of Bank Transfer in Advance<\/h3>\n    <p>If the advance payment method is chosen, the purchase contract is considered concluded upon the sending of the payment information by marcominchiatti.com. The customer will receive this communication within 24 hours of the order being processed. The order receipt confirmation does not represent the payment information. If bank transfer in advance has been selected as the payment method, the amount must be settled within and no later than 7 days from the moment of the informative email via bank transfer to the indicated current account. The payment is considered made at the moment the invoice amount is credited to our current account; therefore, the date of the transfer is decisive for the purposes of the payment deadline. If we do not register the payment within the aforementioned 7 days, the order will be automatically canceled.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>Prices and Delivery Costs<\/h2>\n\n    <h3>Prices<\/h3>\n    <p>All prices are final, including shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n    <h3>Shipping and Delivery<\/h3>\n    <p>Delivery will be carried out within the times communicated to the customer. Orders will be fulfilled within the limit of warehouse stock, or if the product is customized, respecting the times agreed with the customer. In the event that marcominchiatti.com is unable to ship the ordered product, it reserves the right to cancel the contract. The failure to notify by the customer does not affect their legal warranty rights.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <p>To optimize delivery, marcominchiatti.com transmits the customer&#8217;s email address and telephone number (if provided) to the shipping companies. This communication is an integral part of the contractual relationship with marcominchiatti.com. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
